Cancellations & Refunds

All rental payments, partial down payments, reservation/booking payments are non-refundable for any reason; all reservations are non-transferrable to any other party and non-amendable.

1. Cancellation of the booking with daily rates:
   1. Before check-in: there will be full refund of any refundable booking cancelled 48 hours prior to the arrival. Any cancellation within the 48 hours of scheduled check-in time the complete booking amount shall be deducted as the cancellation charge.
   2. On the day of check-in: In case of cancellation after the scheduled check-in time and/or no-show the complete booking amount shall be deducted as cancellation/now-show charge.
   3. Amendment during stay: In case of guest shortening stay informing before 2pm upcoming 1 night will be charged and upcoming 2 nights will be charged if informed after 2pm.
2. Cancellation of the booking on monthly (30 nights) rates:
   1. Before check-in: in case of cancellation 7 day prior to the arrival there will be no applicable cancellation charge. 20% of the agreed monthly rate will be charged in case of cancellation within the 7 days of the check-in date.
   2. Amendment during the stay: in case of guest shortening stay to any period lesser than a month (30 nights) the rate will be recalculated on the agreed daily rate for the number of nights used.
3. Security deposit is fully refundable, subject to these terms and conditions of clause 4.
4. If the reservation is cancelled by the operator for any reason, the entire amount will be refunded to the guest with no other liabilities.
5. Not withstanding the foregoing, any loss, failure or delay arising out of or related to the COVID-19 pandemic, shall not constitute a force majeure event.
6. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
